Tempera-painted ceiling restoration

This 19th century painting presented numerous issues. The first phase was fixing of the pictorial film, then cleaning of the surface and filling of the gaps. Subsequently I intervened with pictorial compensation of the gaps using tempera colors imitating the original decoration, in order to give continuity to the original design. Orvieto (TR)
